摘要
对稻壳热解过程中产生的焦油进行了催化裂解研究。实验装置主体由裂解炉和固定床催化裂解反应器组成。研究得出催化裂解条件(温度、停留时间等)对焦油脱除的影响规律,并分析了生物质焦油催化裂解过程中发生的反应和焦油催化裂解机理。研究表明,白云石对焦油的催化裂解有较好的效果,随着温度和停留时间的增加,其催化裂解率提高。
The test system includes a biomass pyrolysis reactor with rich husk as feedstock and a tar cracking reactor with dolomite as catalyst The effects of pyrolysis temperature on the tar yield, cracking temperature and residence time on the tar conversion rate are examined The results show that tar conversion rate increases with increasing cracking temperature and residence time The tar conversion rate during catalytic cracking is higher than that during thermal cracking at the same temperature The tar catalytic cracking mechanisms are analyzed by comparison of thermal and catalytic cracking results The gas components after catalytic cracking are investigated It shows that H2 and CH4 increase while CO2, C2H6, and C2H2+C2H4 decrease due to the watergas shift reaction The results indicate that catalytic cracking of tar with dolomite is suitable for tar elimination
