液态和过冷态Fe-20%Cu合金表面张力的测定与计算

摘要 利用电磁悬浮液滴振荡法测定了液态和过冷态Fe-20%Cu合金的表面张力,测定表明在1580~1900 K温度范围内液态和过冷态Fe-20%Cu合金表面张力与温度变化的关系满足方程σFe-20%Cu=1.658-2.234×10^(-4)(T-1803 K)。利用基于Butler方程和相图计算技术的表面张力计算软件(STCBE)计算了该合金的表面张力,计算值与实验值在误差范围内相吻合。
