摘要
模拟研究了停留在潮间带海域中低浓度0<sup>#</sup>、20<sup>#</sup>柴油对海洋浮游植物生长的影响,探讨了不同浓度和不同风化程度的低浓度油对藻类生长的影响;不同营养水平下,低浓度油对混合藻的生长影响。结果表明:通常存在在潮间带海水中的油(【1mg/L),对实验藻种虽具有某种程度刺激或抑制效应,但并不出现毒害死亡现象和不可逆转的生态效应;气相色谱分析表明浮游植物主要吸收C<sub>17</sub>~C<sub>36</sub>范围内的烃类,油的不同风化产物对藻类的生长影响显然不同;营养水平变化,改变了油对混合培养各藻种的生长速率的影响,从而引起了藻种间的增殖竞争效应。
Effects of low concentration of fuel oil Nos 0 and 20 accommodated in seawater of intertidal zone on the growth of marine phytoplankton was medeled in laboratory. . The results indicated the following. 1) Fuel oil with concentration below 1 mg/L in the zone had stimulating or inhibitng effects to some extent on some species of experimental microalgae, but no toxicity or death or irreverible ecological effect were observed. 2) Gas chromatographic anlyses quantified that phytoplankton chiefly absorbed petroleum hydrocarbons with between C17 and C26; the effect of different weathering outcome on microalgae was distinct. 3 ) Oil pollution woud lead to competition between the species of mixed algae as nutrients were varied.
