摘要
能否从电网电压中准确地提取出波动电压,直接影响电压波动和闪变计算的精度,从而影响对电能质量的正确评估。从电压波动与闪变测量的角度出发,分析波动电压与调幅波的关系,指出两者间存在的衰减系数问题,同时给出目前工程和国标不同波动电压定义下的衰减系数,明确了波动电压的概念。介绍和比较了现有的各种波动电压检测方法。最后提出了今后电压波动和闪变的研究方向,对国标的制定提出一点看法。
Whether the fluctuant voltage can be correctly detected from the grid will directly af-fect the calculation precision of voltage fluctuation and flicker,and then affect the correct evalua-tion toward power quality.From the view of the measurement of voltage fluctuation and flicker,the relation between fluctuation voltage and amplitude modulation waveform is analyzed and the prob-lem of attenuation coefficient is pointed out.The attenuation coefficients for different definitions of fluctuation voltage are presented,which are applied in engineering and national standard respective-ly,and the concept of fluctuation voltage is then pinpointed.Several methods in fluctuation voltage detection are discussed and compared.Finally,the future study direction of voltage fluctuation and flicker is suggested,and some opinions are proposed for the establishment of national standard.
