摘要
按照建构主义教育观,对高校体育健康能力培养模式进行了合理的构建,阐述了体育健康能力培养模式整体框架体系,并深入分析了体育教学模式不可缺少的6要素:教学理论、教学目标、教学内容体系、教学条件、教学过程结构和教学效果。
According to the constructism education viewpoint, the mode of developing the physical fitness in colleges and universities is constructed rationally. The overall framework and the system of it are expounded, and six essential factors for the physical education mode are analyzed in depth, which are the teaching theory, teaching goal, system of teaching contents, teaching conditions, structure of teaching process and teaching effect.
