摘要
报道了血、尿中氯硝西泮及其代谢物 7 氨基氯硝西泮的GC ECD检测方法。苯 异戊醇碱性条件下 (pH 1 0 .8)液 液萃取 ,灵敏度较高 ,氯硝西泮和 7 氨基氯硝西泮的检测限 (LOD)分别为 3.2ng mL及 1 .7ng mL。线性范围 5～ 30 0ng mL ,RSD 5 .3%。
A GC-ECD procedure was developed for the determination of clonazepam and 7-aminoclonazepam .Drugs were extracted from human plasma and urine samples with benzene-isoamyl alcohol(98.5+1.5) at pH 10.8 and then determined by GC-ECD. The detection limits were 3.2 ng/mL and 1.7 ng/mL for clonazepam and 7-aminoclonazepam, respectively.
