摘要 在 Pro/ E中通过实例阐述了斜齿轮的精确建模方法 ,并介绍了具体的设计原理 ,将生成的一对齿轮进行标准安装生成啮合模型。通过 Pro/ E与 ANSYS的数据交换接口 ,把啮合模型的几何数据导入 ANSYS中 ,并转化成由节点及元素组成的有限元模型 ,运用完全牛顿 -拉普森方法进行接触应力的静力学求解 ,并介绍了算法原理。本文充分展示了 CAD与 Under the environment of Pro/E, a method for precise modeling of a helical gear is presented by an example, the detailed design theory is presented, and standard assembling is proceeded to this pair of helical gears, thus a meshed model is obtained. By the data exchange interface of Pro/E and ANSYS, geometry data of the model is transferred into ANSYS, and finite element modeling is obtained by the definition of nodes and elements. The static solution of contact stress is carried out using full Newton Raphson arithmetic.
