摘要
发展中国家对知识产权保护一度曾采取回避、抵制的态度,最终认识到要在日益全球化的国际经济中取得主动地位,加强知识产权保护是势在必行的。因此目前发展中国家迫切需要相关的经济研究以确切估量加强知识产权保护的实际效应。有鉴于此,本文通过对发展中国家加强知识产权保护的利弊加以比较,运用成本———收益分析方法说明发展中国家加强知识产权保护的实际效应,并对发展中国家改进知识产权制度提出若干可行性建议。
Developing country had taken resistant attitude on IPRs protection for many years.Finally they realized that strengthening IPRs is urgent in increasingly internationalized economic environment.Therefore,developing countries urgently need economic research on precisely measuring actual effect on strengthening IPRs.Focusing on comparing advantage and disadvantage of developing countrys strengthening IPRs,this paper use costs and benefits analysis approach to illustrate actual effect of strengthening IPRs,and propose practicable suggestion on improving IPRs system in developing countries.
