摘要
本文分析了科技进步对经济增长的作用机制,指出科技进步是经济效率增长的源泉,科技进步一方面是以物质资本为载体,另一方面是以人力资本为载体,增进劳动要素的产出,降低生产成本,促进经济效率的增长。而科技进步对经济效率增长的这种作用机制有四种主要的实现途径和形式:知识外溢、人力资本积累、研究与发展活动和国际技术的扩散。
This Paper analyzes knowledge and technology factor that affect and determine economic efficiency.Investigate the function and mechanism of knowledge and technology factors against the economic efficiency.Indicate that the knowledge and technology are the core factor which determine and impact the economic efficiency.The principal method of knowledge and technology factors to work on the economic efficiency increasing is to ameliorating labor,capital and some other factors,increasing the productivity of factors and reducing the cost of using resources and distributing the cost.
