摘要
本文通过构造完全信息、不完全信息以及静态和动态下的博弈模型,研究在既定的努力成本、产出和报酬的前提下,不确定的风险企业中契约缔结双方可能采取的战略。
By constructing models of games under complete information, incomplete information as well as static and dynamic conditions this paper probes into possible strategies that both parties in a contract that is in uncertain venture business might take under the precondition of fixed endeavor costs,output and reward.
