摘要
斜齿轮轮齿的齿向鼓形设计是减轻齿面偏载对误差的敏感性、提高齿轮强度的有效手段。本文将有限元、柔度矩阵与数学规划结合在一起 ,提出了一种新的高精度的鼓形齿优化设计方法。设计中计入了齿轮及其支承的综合变形 ,与齿轮的制造、按装误差 ,并和齿向螺旋线修形有机地结合 。
An optimal design technique for crowned teeth of helical gear is presented,which includes 3 D finit element method,flexibility matrix and mathematical programming.In the calculation the manufacturing and assembling errors,the deformations of gears and supporting structure are taken into account.For the objective function to uniform the load distribution under the two limited error conditions,a quadratic program is automatically formed and solved by computer.Thus an optimal longitudinal modification with crowning is obtained,which has a comprehensive effect on decreasing the sensitivity to the errors and uniforming the load distribution.Comparison of this modification with the traditional ones demonstrates the advantages of this method in accuracy and effectiveness.
