摘要
含氟乙醇与丙烯酸反应 ,制得含氟丙烯酸酯 ;将它与羟基丙烯酸酯聚合制成含氟并带羟基的聚丙烯酸酯。利用聚丙烯酸酯所带的羟基与端基带—NCO的聚氨酯预聚体聚合 ,以纳米TiO2 为填料 ,制得低VOC。
Put F-bearing alcohol and acrylic acid into a reaction flask to form an ester. The above ester is reacted with -OH-bearing acrylic acid ester to form -OH-bearing a polyacrylate. Then the above -OH is reacted with -NCO in a polyurethane prepolymer. The filling TiO\-2 is added into the prepolymer and the high property coating is prepared.
