摘要
概述了食用菌子实体发生时菌丝部分生化成分与培养基物理性质的变化 ,有益微生物对子实体发生的诱导作用 。
Research advances in the aspects of changes in the biochemical components of the mycelia and the physical characteristics in the medium, the induction of beneficial microbes for the fruitbody initiation and the separation of the specially expressed genes and particular proteins in the fruitbody formation of edible fungi were summarized in this paper.
