摘要
中国是世界上人口最多的发展中国家,而水资源的匮乏短缺是中国的基本国情。目前,中国人 均淡水占有量只有世界平均水平的28%,加之水体污染,更加剧了水资源短缺。水是生命之源。水质量 的控制、水环境的治理将是中国面临的突出问题,是实现中国可持续发展的重要因素。
China is the largest population developing country in the world,but lack of water resource is a basic condition of China.At present,Chinese averagely possess water is twenty-eight percent of which of the world averagely possess water,together with water pollution,even increase the shortage of water resource.the water is the source of lives.controling water quality and improving water environment will be a obvious problem which Chinese faced,and be also a important factor which make our country durable to develop.
