摘要
目的:寻找从豆制品下脚料中提取大豆皂甙的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用正交设计法优选,紫外分光光度法测定大豆皂甙的含量。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为A_3B_1C_1即选用70%乙醇7倍量、6倍量回流提取2次,每次1.0h。结论:优选得到的工艺稳定可行,大豆皂甙收率高。
Objective:To find out the optimum extraction technology of soyasaponins from residual of bean ware. Methods:The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design, and the content of soyasaponins was determined by UV-spectro-pho-tometry. Results:The optimum extraction technology was A3B1C1 ,that is adding 7 times and 6 times amount of 70% alcohol and re-fluxing for two times and each time for 1. 0 h. Conclusion:The selected technology showed higher yield of soyasaponins, good stability and high efficient.
