摘要
应用多聚酶链式反应(PCR)技术检测海南槟榔黄化病。结果表明:槟榔黄化型黄化病病株样品分别用2组植原体(Phytoplasmas)通用引物(R16mF/R16mR2、R16mF2/R16R2和1067/1068)测定,均出现特异的PhytoplasmasDNA谱带,呈阳性结果;而健康植株相应组织样品(对照)和其它样品则均未出现上述谱带,呈阴性反应。因此,黄化型的槟榔黄化病病株组织内存在植原体,植原体是导致槟榔发生黄化型黄化病的病原菌。
The samples of the etiol at ed type yellow leaf disease of arecanut were detected by PCR technique using tw o groups of common primers of Pytoplasmas(R16mF/R16mR2and R16mF2/R1 6R2,1067and1068),the specific Phytoplasma DNA fragment was detect ed.The other samples of healthy arecanut had not the specific Phytoplasma DNA fragment.It was proved that Phytoplasmas were in the tissue of arecanut trees with etiolated type yellow leaf disease.
