摘要 基于水稻氮素营养及氮肥诊断的意义 ,在比较了几种氮素营养诊断方法的利弊之后 ,重点阐述叶绿素计的工作原理和作为氮素营养诊断工具的优缺点以及研究进展。并对叶绿素计诊断水稻氮素营养可能的发展前景进行了阐述。 Basing on the significance of diagnosis of nitrogen status and nitrogenous fertilizer in rice,the article compares the advantages and disadvantages of those measures,which are used to diagnose the nitrogen status and nitrogenous fertilizer in rice,and pays attention to expatiate the measuring principle,characteristic and methods of the chlorophyll meter SPAD 502.And the development of the study using the chlorophyll meter SPAD 502 is introduced in this article.Finally,the author gives some suggestion about how to diagnose nitrogen status and nitrogenous fertilizer in rice using the chlorophyll meter SPAD 502.
