摘要
面对我国水资源日益短缺和水污染严重的状况 ,实行污水的再生利用是一种必然的选择。针对我国传统城市污水处理模式的弊端 ,认为改革的方向应是实行市场化的新模式 ,并探讨了六种可行的市场化模式 ,最后提出了对策建议。
Facing the shortage of water resources and severe water pollution in our county, the implementation of sewage treatment and reuse is a necessary choice. This paper analyses the drawbacks of the traditional urban sewage treatment mode,and expounds that the reform direction is to implement the marketization mode.Moreover,six kinds of practical marketization modes are discussed.Finally,corresponding reform measures are put forward.
