摘要
利用大型非线性有限元MARC ,对某自动迫击炮浮动炮闩闭气结构 ,进行了三维装配体有限元建模和动态弹塑性分析 ,获得了关键闭气构件的应力、塑性应变和变形的动态响应 .根据其工作原理 ,利用密封面残余间隙的时间响应 ,建立了该闭气结构的特性曲线 ,用其对闭气结构的闭气性能进行了评估 .
D assembly FE modeling and dynamic elastoplastic analysis are carried out for the obturator structure of a floating gun breech mechanism by using nonlinear finite element code MSC MARC. Dynamic responses of stress, plastic strain and deformation of the key obturatoring component are obtained. According to working mechanism of the obturator, the obturating performance is evaluated with its characteristic graph, which is established from the time response of the residual gap between the sealing surfaces. Finally, approaches to improve the strength and obturating performance of the obturator structure are put forward.
