新一代运动图像压缩标准H.264/AVC

摘要 H.264/AVC是ISO/IECMPEG与ITU-TVCEG共同制订的新一代图像编码标准,它具有更高的压缩性能。文章介绍H.264/AVC图像编解码系统的实现过程,并对其采用的新技术进行描述。 H.264 / AVC is a new video coding standard with enhanced compression performance developed by ISO / IEC Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG) and ITU-T Video Coding Experts Group (VCEG). In this paper, the realization of H.264 / AVC video coding system is given. And the new features of video coding are described.
