摘要
近几年中国经济能否保持较快增长,重要因素是民间投资是否为新一轮政府投资所带动,本文介绍了民间投资的内涵;提出了启民间投资的理论依据和现实依据;分析了在当前形势下,民间投资意愿不足的制约因素以及启动民间投资,拉动经济增长的相关对策。
In recent years,the key of Chinese economy's keeping increasing faster is whether the new round of the governmental investment drives the nongovernmental investment.The article introduces the connotation of the nongovernmental investment, and puts forward the theoretical and practical basis of starting the nongovernmental investment.It also analyses the restricting factors of insufficient investment and the corresponding countermeasures for starting the nongovenmental investment and promoting the economic growth under the current circumstances.
