摘要
应用KMT及EM技术构建KMT及EM-KMT生物流化床工艺处理典型城市污水,工艺运行稳定,经济可行.中试试验结果表明:对污水主要污染物BOD、COD、SS去除率均可达75%~95%,主要出水水质指标优于国家一级排放标准.应用EM技术能有效提高流化床反应器的抗有机负荷能力,增强反应器对BOD、COD、SS及T-N等主要污染物的去除能力,但表现出一定温敏特性.KMT及KMT-EM生物流化床可作为现代城市污水深度处理技术进行广泛工程化推广.
The KMT and EMKMT Fluidizedbed Biofilm Reactors (FBBR) constructed by the utilization of KMT and EM technology can be operated steadily and availably during typical municipal wastewater treatment. The pilot test results indicate that the removal efficiencies of such main pollutants as BOD, COD and SS after the treatment with the two processes can all reach 75% ~ 95%; that the main indexes of effluent can reach the National Standard for wastewater discharge; and that EM introduced to KMT FBBR can effectively increase the resistance of the reactor against organic charge from raw wastewater and remarkably boost up the capability of removing main pollutants such as BOD, COD, SS and TN, but this will also decrease a little the adaptability of the reactor to the influent temperature. The present study illustrates that both the two processes of KMT and EMKMT FBBR can be used as advanced processes for municipal wastewater deeptreatment and popularized in utilization engineering of wastewater resources.
