摘要
以两系杂交稻两优培九及其亲本9311/PA64s为材料,测定其在苗期的叶绿素含量、叶片荧光参数的日变化以及O-·2产生速率等生理指标。与双亲相比,两优培九的叶绿体膜上PS 光合系统的活性和原初光能转化效率较高,对光能的吸收利用能力较强。叶片叶绿素的含量及O-·2产生速率等测定结果支持了上述结论。
Hybrid rice cultivar liangyoupeijiu and its parents were used to study the physiological indexes the chlorophyll content,the diurnal variation in chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,the rate of superoxide anion generation,among other things,in the seedling stage.Compared with its parents,the parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics of hybrid leaves improved higher activity of PSⅡ photosynthetic system of chloroplast and higher efficiency of light energy conversion in hybrid rice,which means a greater ability to absorb and utilize the light energy.The chlorophyll content and the rate of superoxide anion generation examined with intact leaves were in accordance with the result analyzed above.
