摘要
目的 探讨HLA分型与肾移植术后移植肾早期排斥的关系。方法 根据HLA分型对 3 90例术后肾移植病人进行移植肾早期排斥的分析。结果 HLA DR抗原的 0错配所发生急性排斥的占 5 .2 6% ,HLA DR抗原完全错配的占 2 0 .3 6%。HLA DQ抗原的 0错配发生急性排斥占 4 .17% ,HLA DQ抗原完全错配的占 2 0 .0 0 %。HLA A、B位点的相配和错配的结果与移植肾的早期排斥反应无关。结论 HLA
Objective To study the relationship between the HLA matching and the early rejection in the early stage of renal transplantation.Methods Analyzing the effect of HLA matching on early rejection in 390 cases renal transplantation.Results The acute rejection of the pationts with HLA DR 0 mismatching was only 5.26%, comparing with 20.36% in the pationts with HLA DR complete mismatching.The acuterejection of the pations with the HLA DQ 0 mismatching was 4.17%,comparing with 20.00% in the pationts with HLA DQ complete mismatching.The result of HLA A,B matching was not correlated with the acute rejection in renul transplantation.Conclusions The HLA Ⅱ antigens matching was correlated with the early rejection in renul transplantation.
