摘要
报道了在上海原子核研究所建成的2×6MV串列加速器上进行加速器质谱分析有关的Be靶制备技术。在制备Be^(17)O靶之前,先用浓缩^(18)O代替^(17)O做氧同位素的交换试验。天然样品以EDTA作掩蔽剂,在不同pH值的条件下沉淀分离出各种离子,以Be(OH)_2形式提取出铍。再以重水(H_2^(18)O)中的浓缩^(18)O与Be(OH)_2中的天然~_(16)O交换,经真空条件下高温灼烧转换成白色粉末状的Be^(18)O。本方法的交换效率为49.6%。
A target sample preparation technique is reported for 10Be determination by 2 × 6 MV tandem accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS) in SINR. Due to the high price of 17O enriched water and in order to meet with success in making Be17O, 18O enriched water is used to make Be18O as a test. Be is extracted as Be(OH)2 from the original sample with EDTA as shielding reagents and various ions are precipitated at different pH values- The natural 16O in Be(OH)2 is replaced through exchange by18Oin H218O. Be(18OH)2 is then converted to Be18O at high temperature in vacuum. The exchange efficiency is 49.6%.
