摘要
目的引入管理“五常法”,管理日常工序,营造安全、舒适、整洁、高效的医院环境。方法找出环境品质管理存在的问题,对照“五常法”标准,进行常组织,常整顿,常清洁,常规范,常自律。结果提高了全员参与环境品质管理的意识,促进了医护人员品性和道德的提升;规范病区环境管理,使物品管理达到定置管理的标准;提高工作效率和医院形象。结论“五常法”是维持优美的医院环境,提高医疗服务质量,树立良好的医院形象及提高医院核心竞争力的一种管理方法,值得推广。
Objective To introduce5S of modern management into ward management i n order to improve working environment,procedure and create a safe,comfortable,c lean,high-efficient hospital environment.Methods By finding the problems in qual ity management,5S standards were used to conduct regular organization,regular ne atening,frequent cleaning,regular standardizing and regular self-discipline.Res ults The introduction of5S modern management raised the awareness of all staff p articipating in environmental quality management and promoted their morality.The standardization of ward environmental management made stuff management reach th e standards of fixed articles.The hospital efficiency was increased and the imag e of hospital was heightened.Conclus ion5S management is a worth-popularizing ma nagement in beautifying hospital environment,promoting quality of medical servic e,building a perfect hospital image and improving the competitive capability of a hospital.
