摘要
在糖尿病治疗中,非注射胰岛素制剂替代注射胰岛素取得了较大进展。本文就非注射制剂的剂型、生物利用度和临床研究进行了综述。
Great progress has been achieved in the development of non-injected forms of insulin as altermatives to injected insulin for people with diabetes. The formulations, bioavailability and clinical research of non-injected forms of insulin are reviewed in this paper.
