摘要
文章从管理哲学的角度对模糊管理的根源进行了探析,指出系统科学的模糊思维是模糊管理的科学方法论根源;"全面自由发展人"是模糊管理的人性根源;以中国传统文化为核心的东方文化和东西方管理文化的融合是模糊管理的文化根源。
This article analyzes the foundation of vague management in view of philosophy, and points out that the vague thinking way of system science is the science methodology foundation of vague management; the entirely and freely developed man is the humanity foundation of vague management; and the east culture centered on China traditional culture and the amalgamation of the east management culture and the west management culture are the culture foundation of vague management.
