摘要
采用第三组分(NBR)作为非极性橡胶(NR,SBR,BR,EPDM,再生胶等)与PVC不互容体系共混物的增容剂,进行了一般性能和动态力学性能的实验。结果表明,当非极性橡胶与NBR-18的质量比为90/10时,随着体系中PVC用量的增加,共混物的拉伸强度和撕裂强度提高,扯断永久变形增大。
The effects of different commercial polymers on the properties of the blends of nonpolar rubber , such as BR ,EPDM ,NR and reclaimed rubbers , with PVC and NBR-18 were studied . It was found that NBR-18 was the best compatibilizer for SBR/PVC blends in wide range of polymer composition ,and the mechanical properties of these blends were significantly improved even when the NBR-18 content was as low as 2%. The interaction between PVC and nonpolarrubbers was strengthened by covulcanization of NBR-18 and nonpolar rubbers . The nonpolar rubbers /PVC/ NBR-18 blends had not only good mechanical properties but also good oil and low- temperature resistance and excellent electrical insulation property .
