摘要
目的 了解高考学生ALT,HBsAg的检测情况。方法对1759名高考体检者空腹采静脉血3 mL,用速率法检测ALT,ELISA法检测HBsAg。结果1759名被体检者中,ALT单项异常者39人,异常率为2.22％,其中ALT>200 IU/L者共5人;HBV-M为73人。经乙型肝炎标志物检测,其中HBsAg单项阳性者有10人,阳性率为0.57％(另63人除HBsAg阳性外,还有其它乙型肝炎标志物阳性);ALT异常,HBsAg阳性者10人,发生率为13.70％(10/73)。结论在青少年中,应进一步加强卫生健康宣教,重视乙型肝炎等疫苗的预防接种及控制措施,以提高学生的体质。
Objective Evaluating the detection results of ALT and HBsAg in high school students. Methods ALT and HBsAg were detected by speed - rate and ELISA methods respectively. Results Among 1 759 students surveyed, 39 (2.22%) were only ALT abnormal, 73(4.15%) were HBsAg positive, 57(3.24%) were both ALT abnormal and HBsAg positive. Conclusion It is important to strengthen the health education and the prevention measures among students.
