摘要
用LKB 2 2 77生物活性检测系统分析了诺氟沙星对大肠杆菌抑制作用过程的热效应变化和可能的作用机理 ,并用荧光光谱法研究了在模拟人体生理条件下诺氟沙星与牛血清白蛋白的作用情况 .结果表明 ,诺氟沙星浓度在 0 .0 15~ 0 .0 80mg·L-1范围内 。
The mechanism of the inhibition of Norfloxacin to Escherichia coli was investigated through microcalorimetry ; the study of the reaction between BSA and Norfloxacin by the fluorescence method under approximate life condition is reported. The result is proved that paradioxical change of the growth rate constant of Escherichia coli exits in the presence of Norfloxacin with different concentrations range from 0.015 to 0.080 mg·L -1. This application have theoretical and practical importance.
