摘要
本研究采用特殊的化学处理方法,研制了新型低浓度标准气体包装容器。研究了采用该方法制备的铝合金试片表面镀层的微观结构和成分,研究了利用该方法制备的包装容器充装低浓度标准气体与普通气瓶充装同种标准气体的气体稳定性。结果表明该包装容器充装浓度低至20×10 6的标准气体时,气体稳定性好于普通气瓶充装的气体。
For the preparation and applications of low concentration standard gas ,the inside surface of CL2X gas vessel and its piece with coatings were studied.Microstructural analysis has been preformed of Alalloy piece with NiP coatings by means of SEM and Xray techniques.Compare gas vessel of Alalloy with NiP coatings with general gas vessel.The gas vessel of Alalloy with NiP coatings is shown to be effective for low concentration standard gas.
