摘要
研究了钯 ( )与 α-安息香肟在石蜡相中的显色反应。实验表明 ,在 p H为 2 .5~ 6.0范围内 ,石蜡能定量吸附所形成的显色络合物。基于双波长法测量固相吸光度差值 ,建立了石蜡相光度法测定钯的新方法。钯的含量在 0~ 0 .8mg/ L内符合比耳定律 ,本法已应用于催化剂中微量钯的测定 。
The colour reaction of palladium and α benzoinoxime in solid phase has been studied. The complex can be quantitatively adsorbed in paraffin phase at pH 2.5 to pH 6.0.The absorbance of the solid phase was measured by using dual wavelength spectrophotometry. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~0.8 mg/L of palladium. The new method has been applied to the determination of palladium in activator with satisfactory results.
