摘要
毛细管是目前铁路客车空调制冷系统采用的节流元件 ,由于其不能调节制冷剂流量 ,致使制冷量的调节是借助压缩机的间歇运行来实现与负荷匹配的 ,因而有诸多缺憾。为此提出将具有自动调节制冷剂流量功能 ,且又易于置换毛细管的热电膨胀阀应用到列车空调上 ,并对热电膨胀阀调节制冷量的优越性与现行客车空调采用的压缩机运行停开调节制冷量的方式进行了比较分析 ,指出列车空调采用热电膨胀阀 ,不仅可节电 3 %~ 6% 。
Capillary tube is the reduce expenditure equipment used in the air conditioning of the railway train at present It can not adjust the flow of the refrigerating medium, which results in the adjustment of the refrigerating medium flow is dependent on the intermittent operation of the compression engine, so there are much shortcomings According to this, this artical proposes have the thermoelectric expansion valve which it can adjust automatically the flow of the refrigerating medium and change easily to be used in the air conditioning of the railway train; at the same time, compares the superiority of the thermoelectric expansion valve used to adjust the refrigerating output with the intermittent operation of the compression engine at present used in the railway train On this basis,it points out that the use of the thermoelectric expansion valve in the railway train will not only save power about 3 to 6 percent, but also increase greatly the reliability of the system
