摘要
目的 探讨阴沟肠杆菌Kirby Bauer(K B)法推测与三维分析法测定AmpC酶的相关性。方法 用K B法测定细菌耐药谱用三维分析法和三维抑制法测定阴沟肠杆菌菌株粗提物中的AmpC酶。结果 12 4株阴沟肠杆菌从耐药谱分析可疑高产AmpC酶为 32株 ,其中三维及三维抑制法证实 2 4株 ( 75 %)为持续高产AmpC酶株 ,7株为ESBLs(extended spectrumβ lactamases) ( +) ,2株为SSBL( +) ,即为持续高产AmpC酶株 ,又为ESBLs阳性株。结论 从K B法推测高产AmpC酶有 75 %相关性。
OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation of Kirby-Bauer(K-B) method and three-dimensional test to detect AmpC enzyme in Enterobacter cloacae. METHODS To use K-B method to detect resistance spectrum of E. cloacae and three-dimensional test and three-dimensional inhibition test to detect AmpC enzyme in isolates of E.cloacae. RESULTS Among 124 strains of E.cloacae, 32 strains were suspected to hyperproducting AmpC enzyme, 24 strains were proved to hyperproduct strains by three-dimensional test in 32 strains; 7 strains were ESBLs ( extended-spectrum β-lactamases) -producing; 2 strains were SSBL(+) (both hyperproducting AmpC enzyme and ESBLs producing). CONCLUSIONS The correlativity is 75% from K-B method supposed hyperproducting AmpC enzyme.
