摘要
疲劳寿命与材料、节点形式、焊接工艺 ,以及应力应变水平有关。当交变应力水平超过材料的屈服极限时 ,疲劳试验载荷作用的频率对疲劳寿命将会影响很大。采用应变控制方式进行疲劳试验 ,可以降低载荷频率对疲劳寿命的影响。本文根据应力水平大小 ,分别在应力和应变两种不同的控制方式下完成了980钢板对接焊节点、T型焊接节点和大角度对接焊节点的疲劳试验工作 ,得到了980钢在一定焊接工艺条件下的应力—寿命和应变—寿命结果。为980钢焊接结构的疲劳强度设计提供了依据。
The fatigue strength is closely related to the material, the structural arrangement, the manufacture technology as well as the levels of the stress and strain. And the testing-frequency is closely related to the fatigue life too when the alternate stress is higher than yield stress. In the fatigue tests this paper used the stress-control when the real stress is lower than the yielding stress, and used the strain-control when the calculated strain higher than the yield strain. On this basis, several fatigue test models were designed. Fatigue strength tests for the butt-welded joint and the T-typed welded joint were carried out. The test results show that it is useful for the design of the structure of the 980-grade steel.
