摘要
目的 探讨门静脉海绵样变的手术治疗方式。方法 对 9例门静脉海绵样变患者的 14次手术方式进行回顾分析。结果 1例患者剖腹探查无法手术 ,其余 13次手术中 ,分流手术 5次 ,断流手术 8次 ,对于再出血时间的对比分析 ,断流手术发生再出血时间长 ,并与断流的彻底性有关。结论 对于门静脉海绵样变的手术方式以彻底的断流术为佳 ,最好行贲门周围血管离断 +食道下段
Objective To study the operation treatment of Cavermous Transformantion of Portal Vein(CTPV).Methods Data from 9 cases(14 operations) were retrospectively analyzed.Results 1 patient underwent exploration ventrotomy,the other 13 operations including 5 shunt operations and 8 portazygos disconnection operations.8 patients underwent splenectomy.The contrasted analysis showed that the rebleeding time can be porlonged in portazygos disconnection operation and correlated with the degree of protazygos disconnection.Conclusion The better operation treatment to CTPV is completely portazygos disconnection.PCDV and Phemister operation is the perfect choice.
