摘要
目的 应用HPLC法对三黄片中黄芩进行含量测定。 方法 选用Hypersil-ODS(5μm ,2 50nm× 4mm) ,乙腈 水 磷酸 (2 1∶79∶0 0 5)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 74nm ,流速 :1 0ml·min- 1 。 结果 线性范围为 0 432～ 2 .1 60 μg(r=0 .9998)平均回收率 1 0 1 5 % ,RSD =0 6 %。 结论 本法简便、灵敏、准确 ,同药典中所测成分互为补充。
OBJECTIVE To determine content of Baicalin in Sanhuang tablet by HPLC.METHODS Hypersil-OPS(5μm,250nm×4mm)was used,and the Acetonitrile water prosphoric acid(21∶79∶0.05)was served as mobile phase,and it's flowrate was 1 0ml·min -1 ,wavelength of determininp was 274nm.4RESULTS The linearity range was with in 0 432～2.160μg(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 101.5% RSD=0.6%.CONCLUSION This method is simple,sensitive,and accurative.
