摘要
目的 :对三越麻黄汤的提取工艺进行初步优选。方法 :分别以橙皮苷、甘草酸、氯仿浸出物以及麻黄碱、85 %乙醇浸出物为指标 ,采用单因素实验设计及均匀试验 ,设计优选了三越麻黄汤的醇提工艺和水提工艺。 结果 :优选出的醇提工艺为 :以 80 %的乙醇为提取溶媒 ,回流 3次 ,每次 1.5 h,每次加醇量为处方药材量的 8倍 ;水提工艺为 :煎煮 2次 ,每次 2 .5 h,每次加水量为处方药材量的 16倍。 结论:最优提取工艺条稳定。
Objective: Selecting the extracting program of Sanyuemahuang Decoction. Methods: According to the mono factor design and uniform design, we used the relative contents of hesperidin, glycyrrhizin and the weight of chloroform extracting matter as index to select the extracting program Ⅰof Sanyuemahuang Decoction (the extracting solvent was ethanol solution). Then we used the relative contents of and the weight of 85% ethanol solution extracting matter as index to select the extracting program Ⅱof Sanyuemahuang Decoction (the extracting solvent was water). Results: The extracting program Ⅰof Sanyuemahuang Decoction was as follows: The extracting solvent was 80% ethanol solution,extracting 3 times, every time added 8 times extracting solvent to the Chinese medicine drug and the extracting last 1.5 hours. The extracting program Ⅱ was as follows: The extracting solvent was water, extracting 2 times, every time added 16 time water to the Chinese medicine drug and the extracting last 2.5 hours. Conclusions: The verification test make clear that the selected extracting programs are stable and reasonable. The system of multi index scoring can fairly reflect the progress of the extraction.
