摘要
以固载杂多酸盐TiSiW1 2 O4 0 /TiO2 为多相催化剂 ,己二酸与正丁醇反应合成了己二酸二丁酯。通过正交试验探讨了反应物配比、催化剂用量及反应时间对产物收率的影响。试验结果表明 ,TiSiW1 2 O4 0 /TiO2 对合成己二酸二丁酯具有良好的催化活性。在 n(正丁醇 )∶n(己二酸 ) =3 .5∶1、催化剂用量为反应物料总量的 1.0 %、反应时间 1.5h、反应温度 86~ 12 1℃的条件下 ,己二酸二丁酯收率可达 75 .1%。
Dibutyl adipate was synthesized from n-butanol and adipic acid using TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2 as catalyst. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed by orthogonal experiments and the optimum conditions were found out. The results indicated that TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2 was an excellent catalyst for synthesizing dibutyl adipate. The optimum conditions were: molar ratio of n-butanol to adipic acid 3.5∶1, amount of catalyst 1.0%(based on total quantity of feed stock), reaction temperature 86~121 ℃, and reaction time 1.5 h. The yield of dibutyl adipate could reach over 75.1% under the optimum conditions.
