磁性固体超强酸ZrO_2/SO_4^(2-)催化合成乙酸正己酯 被引量:10

摘要 制备了磁性固体超强酸催化剂,并用于乙酸和正己醇的酯化反应,对反应的工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:乙酸用量为0.1mol时,醇酸摩尔比为1.8,催化剂用量为1.5g,15ml苯作带水剂,反应时间为1.5h,其酯化率可达89%以上,同时利用催化剂的磁性可将催化剂迅速分离。 A magnetic solid superacid catalyst has been preparaed and the catalytic sysnthesis of hexyl acetate with acetic acid and hexyl alcohol as reactants has been studied. Through experiment, the factors of the reaction were optimized. The results showed that the appropriate conditions should be: weight of catalyst is 1.5 g, molar ratio of hexyl alcohol to acetic acid is 1.8,the taking water reagent(benzene) is 15 ml(when acetic acid is 0.1 mol), reaction time is 1.5 h.The ratio of esterification is over 89% .The catalyst could be isolated from other materials by magnetic separation .
