摘要
气动技术具有成本低、无污染、安全、可靠性高和使用寿命长等优点 ,加上近年在缓冲、伺服和集成化等方面的技术发展 ,使它的应用与日俱增。本文对气动技术的新发展作了简要介绍。
The advantages of pneumatic drive are low cost,safety, no contamination,high reliability and service life.Its development of tec hnique causes applications to grow with time.New techniques are presented in thi s paper,including cushioned cylinder,servo unit,integration and robot.
