摘要 从含油废水中筛选出一株高效油脂降解菌,以橄榄油为唯一碳源和能源,在橄榄油的质量浓度为20g/L的无机培养基中培养,3d内油脂的去除率达80%以上。菌种特性研究表明:其降解油脂的最适温度为25℃左右,pH值为6.0。 A high efficiency,oil degrading strain was selected from oily wastewater.Olive oil was used as the only source of carbon and energy.The selected high efficiency,oil degrading strain was cultured in an inorganic culture medium in which the mass concentration of olive oil was 20g/L.The removal rate of oil in 3 days was above 80%.The study of the characteristics of the strain shows that the most suitable temperature and pH value for oil degradation are 25 ℃and 6.0 respectively.
