摘要 通过径向浓淡式旋流燃烧器的稳燃调整试验,分析了燃烧器在额定负荷下不能断油稳燃的原因,并提出了稳燃措施,使锅炉在70%额定负荷下能够稳定燃烧,对旋流燃烧器的改造具有一定的借鉴作用。 Based on the stable testing and tuning experiences of radial thick-thin type cyclone burners, the authors analyse the cause that the combustion can't cutoff oil under rated load and propose some measures for stable combustion enabling the boiler stable combustion under 70% full load. This can be a reference for the cyclone burners refurbishment.
