摘要
在设计适合我国国情之电子商务物流模式时,可以把全国的配送市场划分为十大区,在各大区设一个物流中心,并下设各级配送中心和投递站,形成五级集约型配送体系;建立中央虚拟物流配送中心、区域性虚拟物流配送中心和次级区域性物流配送中心,形成三级虚拟配送体系;先在城市地区建立一个三级配送体系,然后延伸到农村地区,形成第三方物流配送网。
When designing an e-commerce logistic model, we should consider dividing the Chinese logistic market into ten regions and establishing a delivery center in each region, with different levels of delivery centers and delivery stations. We should also establish a central visional logistic center, several regional visional delivery centers and many sub-regional visional delivery centers. Finally, the paper suggests that China should, first of all, build this three-level delivery system in urban areas, and then expand to rural areas.
