摘要 1介绍 在地理信息、军事战争、医学解剖和电路设计等领域内,为了管理大量的空间数据,空间效据库得到了广泛的应用.进行空间数据库研究的目的是为了解决如何对空间数据进行有效的表示、存储和处理的问题.空间效据指的是由点、线、区域、面、体积等构成的空间对象[5],而作为一个空间数据库必须满足以下三个条件[10]:(1)空间数据库系统必须是一个数据库系统;(2)必须在数据模型和查询语言中提供和支持空间数据类型(SDT);(3)在应用中支持空间数据类型,并且至少提供空间索引和关于空间联接的有效算法. With the help of spatial database,we can represent ,store and process the spatial data efficiently. The challenge for us to develop the spatial database lies not so much in providing yet another special-purpose data structure that is marginally faster when used in a particular application,but in defining abstractions and architectures to implement systems that offer generic spatial data management capabilities. For geomatic data model is used as the base of the spatial database,we present four different geomatic data models that are different in focus. We also give the disadvantage of these models.
