摘要
通过金相显微镜观察、拉伸力学性能测试、扫描电镜观察及X射线物相分析等方法研究了不同形变热处理工艺对铝合金电工圆杆性能的影响。结果表明,形变处理与固溶时效处理配合使用,试样的析出相增多,且更加弥散地分布在基体上,在起到弥散强化的同时,也提高了试样的导电率。经过450~550℃×(4~8)h固溶、变形量31%冷轧预变形、160~220℃×(6~10)h时效、变形量84%冷轧处理后,试样的综合性能较优,抗拉强度为202 MPa,导电率为59.11%IACS。
Effect of thermo-mechanical treatment on strength and electrical conductivity of aluminum alloy electrical round rod was investigated by metalloscope analysis,tensile mechanical properties test,SEM,EDS and XRD phase analysis.The results show that application of deformation together with solid solution and aging treatment increases precipitated phase with more diffuse distributed in matrix,which not only strengthens dispersion and improves conductivity of sample.After thermo-mechanical treatment of 450~550 ℃ ×(4~8)h solid solution,cold rolling of 31% deformation,160~220 ℃ ×(6~10)h aging,and cold rolling of 84% deformation,the sample has excellent comprehensive performance with tensile strength of 202 MPa and conductivity of 59.11%IACS.
