不同浓度地氟烷对电刺激-循环反应的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨不同浓度地氟烷对电刺激-循环反应的影响,以及电刺激循环反应和BIS变化能否反映地氟烷的麻醉深度。方法:33例ASA I~Ⅱ级择期神经外科手术病人,麻醉诱导后,以呼吸机控制呼吸,地氟烷吸入维持麻醉,观察不同吸入浓度时,电刺激后循环及BIS变化。结果:在0.7,1.0,1.3MAC时,电刺激后血压和心率均显著增高,BIS无明显变化,1.5MAC时循环BIS均无明显变化。血压和心率的升高幅度,1.3MAC明显低于0.7MAC,1.5MAC明显低于1.3MAC。结论:电刺激-循环反应可在一定程度上反映地氟烷的麻醉深度,用于术中监测是可行的。
