摘要
本文通过探索免费师范生教育的实施背景和现状,揭示少数民族免费师范生教育所面临的困境,分析原因,为解决民族地区教师队伍缺失问题提出相应的对策。
To explore the implementation background and status of Free Normal Students Education, and reveal dilemma of Ethnic minorities Free Normal Students Education, and analyze the reasons, and put forward countermeasures in order to solve the problem of teachers' in minority areas.
