摘要
进行了不同药物、浓度、时间和不同步骤等的预防桐材变色试验。通过定性、定量效果评定,选择出3种最佳配方。桐材白度分别为对照的152.4%、127.9%、122.7%;返色率明显降低,分别为对照的28.0%、43.0%、28.0%,且对桐材的力学性质及综合质量无显著不良影响,桐材一等品率由50%提高到90%以上。还对影响桐材变色的有关因子进行了讨论。
To prevent wood discoloration of Paulownia during 1986—1990,three, optimum recipes were selected through various experiments of medicaments,time,consistency and steps by qualitative and quantitative estimation. Compared with the control experiment (water treated wood), white degrees of Paulownia wood were higher——152. 4%, 127. 9%, 122. 7% and resersion color rate lower——28%,43%,28% respectively. They had no significant influence on the mechanics property and quality of Paulownia wood. The first grade rate of Paulownia wood increased from 50% to 90%. Other factors affecting Paulownia wood discoloration were also discussed.
